Hi Kevin,

I read somewhere that the Wonder Soup can be taken on any day, any time, if one is hungry. Does that mean Day 1 as well; I assume NO. Right?
Celery is hard to procure. Can that be replaced with Spinach? Here are the ingredients.
  1. Cabbage
  2. Green Pepper
  3. Spinach
  4. Spring Onion/Regular Onion
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper to taste
  7. Freshly made ginger+garlic paste
  8. Coriander Leaves
Thanks,
Ronny

Hey Kev. I was recently introduced to a new recipe which I was told is healthy. I am really unsure about two ingredients here - roasted bengal gram dal (a lentil variant), and potatoes. I am quite sure they aren't great but if I am not on GM diet, can I have the recipe as potentially a healthy breakfast/snack.

It's basically a shallow fried (with olive oil) dumpling made from a paste of roasted lentil, blanched spinach, green peas, boiled potatoes, mint, coriander, onion, garlic, and dry spices (cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, salt, pepper, and other dry spices).

OK, if I were to eat this (I would not only because I am grain free right now totally however might if not) I would eat this with loads of veg and some protein for balance. This should not be eaten as a snack, it's pure carbs. So it seems fine in context to a balanced meal. what do you eat for protein?

Thanks Kev. I can modify the recipe a bit by adding some paneer (cottage cheese).
The protein sources, typically for me, have been eggs (mostly scrambled or as an omelette), paneer (cottage cheese), and soya chunks.

I am also into fresh water fish and chicken but not as frequent; a couple of days of fish curry over lunch and dinner, every couple of weeks. Ditto with chicken.
