I do go for exercise but, not able to resist food? People started calling me fatty aunty. I have tried many supplements but somebody told me that only natural supplements are safe please suggest something?

EXERCISE IS NECESSARY . I DONT AGREE THAT JUST DIET CAN SUCCESS EXCERSIE IS SO IMPORTNT FOR HEALTH WEIGHT LOSS MUST B HEALTHY.. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS AND I LIKE THE WAY TO WIGHT LOSS
