Wheat... is my biggest problem! Bread I could let go but chapati is really hard to let go. I suppose I'll just have to reduce the amount of it or exercise frequently or both.
If you're talking after the diet of course, you need good carbs within a meal for balance along with good fat and protein (20 to 30 grams each meal). Those are great choices!Could wheat or bread be replaced by limited quantity of potatoes, yams and sweet potatoes!!!?
