What's the one diet killing food that you can't seem to do without?

Is it Sugar? Breads?

You sound like my wife :)

She loves real homemade bread and butter....

At this point she would even take some sourdough quinoa bread we got from a sustainable bakery in California :)

Wheat... is my biggest problem! Bread I could let go but chapati is really hard to let go. I suppose I'll just have to reduce the amount of it or exercise frequently or both. :)

it's tough, but if your body is having issues with wheat, even a little will rear it's ugly head against you. For sure try and reduce if you can :)

Could wheat or bread be replaced by limited quantity of potatoes, yams and sweet potatoes!!!?
If you're talking after the diet of course, you need good carbs within a meal for balance along with good fat and protein (20 to 30 grams each meal). Those are great choices!

Yes curd is fine...
