I also stuck with the watermelon and cantaloupe. I lost 5 lbs first day. Second day I ate only vegetables and a baked potato. I lost 3 lbs. I am now on day 3 and have ate fruit and vegtables only, feeling better but tired. I am dreading looking at the scale tomorrow morning because I know the weight loss will most likely be slowing down. The really good result is that BP is dropping and more sustainable. :)
