Hi there!
im about to start this diet and i need to know what to expect. im sure i will be able to stick to the plan and follow each detail, so how many lbs can i expect to lose? (just asking because i dont want to get dissapointed). and, if i havent reached the weigth i wanted after the 7th day, can i just continue with the diet until i reach it, or i have to make a pause? and how long the pause needs to be?
