Hi there!
im about to start this diet and i need to know what to expect. im sure i will be able to stick to the plan and follow each detail, so how many lbs can i expect to lose? (just asking because i dont want to get dissapointed). and, if i havent reached the weigth i wanted after the 7th day, can i just continue with the diet until i reach it, or i have to make a pause? and how long the pause needs to be?

it can vary depending on how much you need to lose.

Best to wait a week or 2 in between plans.

hmm do i have to limit the amount of fruit and vegetables i eat on day 1 and 2? or i can eat until i feel full?
and also, can i fry vegetables in oil, or i must eat them raw?

eat until full really. That's what the soup is for. you can cook wit ha touch of good oil like ghee, coconut oil or olive oil.
