Tough call here, so many things can make you feel this way. For example when you cut junk foods, you may come off a huge sugar high, feel detoxy, etc. Are you eating and drinking enough?

Good to know you stay away from junk foods.
There care be underlying issues that cause the weakness and they vary greatly, blood sugar issues, etc.. So hard to tell.

Good Naren, please keep in mind it's really what you do afterwards that will really help the most. But this can be a great kick start.

Stumbled on this diet about a month ago when searching the net and gave it a go as I was the heaviest I have ever weighed and wanted to kick start into a healthier me. Plus I was going on holidays a week later and knew I would put on pounds during the holiday. All up I lost 2.8kgs which I was very happy with. I did not do any exercise during the 7 days and I ate heaps and heaps of the allowable food and the soup. I stuck to the program but I do believe I could have lost a lot more weight if I exercised and only ate when I was hungry. I found myself eating and eating even when I wasn't hungry due to the fact that I didn't want to experience any hunger symptoms. I did experience detox symptoms, the most surprising being blurred vision - I googled this to find it is a sign of the detox process and when I completed the diet my vision righted itself again. Just goes to show how toxic my body was. I am now planning this diet again, but this time I know what to expect - today I did my shopping of fruit, veg, chicken and skim milk for the week ahead. My favourite part of the diet was the fact that it removed all my cravings for bad foods and drinks and I found just how enjoyable the pure taste of good old fruit and veg is. I also really enjoyed getting out the tea pot and drinking litres of green and herbal tea during the 7 days also. I highly recommend this diet to people - the positives (of which there are many with weightloss just being one of them) far outweigh the negatives (of a few detox symptoms and a slight boredom with the food at times).

My mom has a birthday party in a week! I wanted to loose some weight before then as I am singing during it:) IT is her 50th so there will be a LOT of people. Plus this seemed fairly healthy for a quick weightloss program. I never and I repeat never trust fast weight loss fads...but this had some promise I felt.
