The 13 day royal danish hospital diet...I only lost 4.5 kg in 13 days. I had greater expectations because when I did it in 2009, I lost 5 kg on my 5th day and this time I didn't even reach 5 kg :(

UGH, scary, breakfast is just empty carbs and junk. WOW... Keep in mind, natural better, loads of coffee, sugar and bread is really bad.

I use a digital scale as well.

My last diet plan was trim, healthy mama. It is good and effective but I found myself obsessing a bit with it. I fell off the wagon as it was challenging making things for myself that were different to what my family were eating.

I just want a nice simple diet.
