Water is very important in this diet plan. So try to drink more then 10 glasses of water every day without fail from starting to end. Even when you will complete 7 days with this plan don't stop drinking water. follow the routine of water as long as you can. One more thing i want to share from my personal experience, If you can drink nearly 3-4 glasses every morning of hot water with little bit of salt in it that will be wonderful for you. it will defiantly remove excess fat from your body and also improve your digestive system.
