So I want yo start tomorrow this diet.
I'm a vegetarian 17 year old (110 lbs/170 cm) and I was wondering how much weight I could lose and if I could exchange day 1 with day 2 (so doing day 1 in day 2, and day 2 in day 1). Thank you lots!!
It varies per person and if you actually follow the plan. Also, eating less is not better. You can swap those days. Try it and see what happens. GOOD LUCK
