I am on Day 2 of the diet. Can we eat veggies like zucchni, yellow squash, green beans. If yes can i cook it and add salt, pepper to it.

yes, and have whatever spices, herbs, salt, peppers, etc you like. Spice it up :)

Cinnamon for example is great for regulating blood sugar, so have some on day 4 with the bananas.

corn, peas, too many carrots and avocado. Also any starchy veg like plantains, taro, celery root, etc.
