    1)pulses and lentils really the same. Lentils by far the best but soak and sprout them. still high in carbs so keep that in mind.
    2) Those are not health powders, just junk food really. I think you need to research the milk you drink more and understand the issues. Also read the ingredients of that terrible powders. Malt extract, cocoa solids, sugar, caramel ( E 150 ), milk solids, emulsifiers, liquid glucose, minerals, vitamins, raising agents ( E 500 ), liquid vanilla flavor and salt. It contains some artificial substances and flavor.

    Where is the health part in that?
    3) In context to a balanced meal sure. You sure seem to be loading up the carbs though so be careful.
