Hi, I've read the diet plan but I just want to clear a couple of things up.

Day 4 - Can I use natural organic yoghurt instead of milk? Or would unsweetened almond milk be better?

Day 5 & 6 - As I am a vegetarian I want to substitute beef. If I choose to only substitute it with whole eggs am I still supposed to eat any brown rice?

I saw that 1 portion of beef = 3 eggs. Does this mean eating 6-9 eggs a day is ok? (3 for breakfast, 3 for lunch etc.)

Day 7 - eggs, brown rice, vegetables and a small portion of fruit. Does this sound about right?

1) yes on both are fine assuming the yogurt has no sugar.
2) white rice better or legumes. 3 eggs per meal max though is great. if you get tired of eggs legumes and good fat are good.
3) no eggs. white rice better and yes to the rest.
