I want to give GM Diet (indian version) a try. Have few questions - need help please!

1. I hate brown rice :-( What else can I have on Day 5,6,7?

2. For wonder soup - if I skip celery - is it ok? can I use tomato sauce for the soup?

3. Are there any vegetables/fruits we should avoid during this diet?

4. Can Veggies be consumed cooked or has to be raw?

1) White rice is better, you can do millet or quinoa
2) Sure on skipping, no tomato in it though.
3) corn, peas and too many carrots. Avacado also. Only do bananas day 4, other than that try and mix it up.
4) cooked is totally fine

The recipe I read for the wonder soup (right here on this site) has tomatoes as its ingredients. I am confused. Please clarify.


Wonder Soup Ingredients:

  • Onions – 6 large onions
  • Green Peppers – 2
  • Tomatoes – 3
  • Cabbage – 1
  • Celery – 1 bunch
  • Water – 22 oz of water

Directions:
Start off with the onions and green pepper. Cut up the onions and green pepper and lightly saute it with a few drops of olive oil till they turn a light brown.


  • Next up is the celery, tomatoes and cabbage. Chop them up and add everything to a large pot with water.

  • Bring it to a boil and slow cook it till everything is tender. You probably need to cook this for close to 60 min. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.

Sorry thought you meant tomato paste, etc. 3 tomatoes is fine.

a little yes... remember it is a puree, meaning concentrated. but yes....

I have a question-I am reading about tomato soup--when can I have that and I assume there is a specific recipe for the soup? can you please post.

no recipe really, you can have tomato soup on day 5. You can add whatever herbs and spices you like, just no cream, etc,

Never eat anything from a can, it likely has chemicals, bad oils, etc
