Hi Mr. Kevin

I want to reduce 10 kgs in this week as I have a function coming up. I started with GM diet and today I am on day 2. On day 1, I had watermelon, half apple, orange, blueberry, strawberry and water.
I started my day 2 with boiled potato with a pinch of ghee and for lunch, I had cucumber, tomato and wonder soup. I plan to repeat the same for dinner. Let me know if I am going right?

I have prepared this plan for the coming days. Please let me know if it is fine?

Day 3 - 1 apple and water for breakfast. Lunch - Watermelon, orange, blueberries. Dinner - Wonder soup and 2 ripe tomatoes.

Day 4 - 1 banana + 1 glass of 2% fat milk for breakfast, 1 bowl of wonder soup for lunch, in the evening, banana milkshake of 2 glasses of milk and 2 bananas.

Day 5 - Breakfast - 1 bowl of boiled sprouts with a tsp of ghee, Lunch - 1 bowl of white rice with paneer, bell pepper, french beans and 1 tspp ghee and 2 tomatoes and 1 bowl low-fat curd, Dinner - 1 bowl of boiled sprouts with tomato.

Day 6 - Same as above.

Day 7 - Breakfast - 1 bowl of watermelon, Lunch - 1 bowl of white rice with ghee, paneer, curd, carrots, bell pepper, french beans, evening - fruit salad.

Thanks for reading this and please advise me if I am going in the right direction or need to make some changes. Also, what else can I do so that I lose at least 5kgs this time.

Regards,

Thanks Kevin :)

I had a query that
1. Do we need to add 1 tsp ghee to every meal we take on days 5 and 6 (means total 3 tsp ghee per day)?
2. Also, is it important to remove tomatoes on day 6?
3. Can I do the regular cardio exercises like 20 mins walking and 10 mins running?

1) you need good fat each meal if no meat so yes.
2) yes, but ok if you have a couple,
3) sure after day 4 yes once you get protein.

Thanks Mr Kevin. A last query, I love chapatis a lot, after this diet, can I eat only 2 chapatis in lunch per day? Also, are semolina, quinoa, poha, besan, good to consume after the GM diet?

Hello.... This is not our plan, not even close really. No carrot any of the days, they are more carby and just not needed on this plan, folks only tend to eat, peas, corn and carrot. So that I do not have to rebuild this plan for you please read our plans carefully. Why are you eating wheat? It's a great way to gain weight not lose it. Why not potato and good fat day 2? http://www.gmdietworks.com/general-motors-diet/gm-diet-vegetarian.html http://www.gmdietworks.com/general-motors-diet/gm-diet-day-5.html

Dear Kevin,

Thanks for your suggestions.
I have gone thru the link & found out some differences.

However, I will go thru with the present diet plan till day 7 & check the results. I shall keep you posted as well.
FYI - I have lost approx 4 kilos & approx 2 inches from the waist at Start of Day 5.

Noted you point of eating wheat. So do you recommend rice (white polished rice) as a basic staple food instead of wheat (chappatis)??
Also kindly suggest a list of vegetables that can be consumed (including veg soup)

I will restart GM diet (as per the link provided) after giving a rest for couple of days.

Thanks once again for your response.

Hello :)

yes, a organic white basmati or jasmine rice is a simple carb/starch, Wheat is, well toxic. Google 'Wheat Belly'.

Veg, read this here, the top 2 posts then let me know if you have questions. Your meals need balance and this will explain that. http://gmdietforums.com/forums/gm-diet-after-day-7.6/
