I´m new to this forum and diet, but have a question regarding weight loss. I´m fortunate that I do not have a lot of weight to lose but want to shift it down a bit.
If I find I reach my desired weight before the 7 days is over, can I stop? I wouldn´t want to keep losing?

Finish the plan, the last 3 days will have less loss.
