I am very confused with my diet plan
can start my breakfast with boiled Egg 4 and tomato at 08:00 am
at mid morning with roasted chicken with tomato 11:00 am
Lunch steam brown rice with curd 01:30 pm
evening roasted chicken with tomato 5:00 pm
dinner steem brown rice with split toor dal with Ghee
pls help me on this and also for 6th day meal
