I started the GM diet today. For breakfast I had a smoothie with strawberries and blueberries (made with water and ice only). For lunch I had an apple and a bowl of watermelon. I have my wonder soup simmering now, but have not felt hungry. My dinner plan is a bowl of assorted fruits. I am only about 15 lbs (6.8 kg) from my ideal weight of 115 lbs (52.2 kg).
