Hi Kevin

I have completed the 7 day GM diet.
I have lost 4 kg.

My usual diet is comparatively low in fat, with less oil, fries once in a while etc.
I used to take 4-5 cashew nuts daily.
Can I continue it, I'm 54 kg now.

cashews, just be careful. It's not like they are vital to your health. If you like them then watch how you do on them, no to low fat. low fat is a great way to cause gallbladder issues, gain weight, cause major hormone issues and so on. just do your research
