Hi,

I have the following queries:

1. Is it OK to take two cups/day of boiled tea (Indian style) containing little milk and NO SUGAR?

2. Are vegetables to be steamed or boiled?

3. Legumes: Are only green peas or lentils to be consumed or are we allowed to take boiled dried peas and lentils and other legumes?

I will be happy to receive a fast reply to my queries as I have already started the plan today!

1) no milk, but up to you to try :)
2) either
3) none unless it's day 5 and 6 with added good fat to replace beef.
