Hi Kevin,
I am new to Gm diet and planning to start tomorrow. my questions are: 1. Could we take Multivitamin supplements while doing this diet?
2. Also my plan for day 1 is strawberries, blueberries, pears, kiwi, watermelon and apples. I am not a big fan of apples but will try and take it. Just wondering whether all those fruits stated above could be taken? If any fruits that needs to be avoided pls advise.
3. While making wonder soup, could we add a pinch of curry powder? or could we add any vegetables to the soup?
I have a sweet tooth and I guess I am addicted to sugars. I hope I stay determined and motivated. sorry to ask you so many questions and many thanks in advance

You can take multivitamin. I am also following a workout plan with my exercise, So for fast recovery of muscles after exercise, I take multivitamins, which helps me in getting ready for next day workout.
