Hello all. I am on day 6 and I feel great! I can't believe how hard day 5 was. After all those fruits and veggies I was looking forward to day 5 and its promise of meat but once it came...I was like ugh, no more lean beef and tomatoes. I love beef but I know that after today I will be so "fed up" with it. o_O Can anyone suggest a site to visit or offer up a sample meal plan for days 8-10 before I start up the regimen again? I am down 3.6 kg/8 pounds on day 6! I would like to get down just a bit more and I am hoping that the second go-round along with the daily trips to the gym I have been making will provide these results. I appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.
