First let me say I love this diet! It's not easy but it's a short period with amazing results.

I tried it the first time right before Christmas and lost 11 lbs. I took the holiday period off, with fear of gaining it all back, surprisingly I didn't! So I decided to do it again. Today is day 5 of my second round and I've lost 6.8.

I'm already planning to do it again. Next time my husband would like to join me. My question involves day 5. My husband is not a big fan of tomatoes. Is there an appropriate substitution that we can make for day 5?

Nice losses, wow. He can simply pick another common vegetable, no issues there...

after the plan sure, you sure can it would be better if you could soak and sprout them. Also have some good fat with them...
