Thnx for ur reply...but I dont eat fish...ya legumes is a good option...that includes beans, lentils and all...hope I am right??soya is not a complete protein, is not healthy at all, so no. Don't worry about celery. Do you do fish? some vegetarians do. If not do some legumes, eggs if you will, if you do legumes you need at least a teaspoon or 2 of good oil with it.
