Hi all,
I am starting day 1 tomorrow. My plan is to do a week, then have a week break over Christmas but try to be sensible over that time. Then go back on the gm for another week and see how I go.
I am not weighing myself before I start. I can't face the scales. I will know if I have lost weight or not.
Thanks for this forum!

I understand that, I never weigh anymore. :)

GOOD LUCK...

I did end up weighing, I told myself that not knowing doesn't change the fact. First time I have weighed in months, since I started eating sugar again. Spectacularly I have put on about 10 KGS in around 5 months! Starting today at 81 KGS.

yep, people think sugar is OK because it's fat free. Or many do. It literally ruins so many functions on your body and causes weight gain. It's tough...

Yes, it is bad, bad, bad but so very addictive. More and more people though are realising that it is bad news. That's the good thing about the internet, we don't have to wait for nutritionists/dieticians/government bodies to relearn what they know before they let the public know new information.

I surprised myself so much by starting to eat sugar again. I thought I was cured and there I was eating it again like I had learned nothing. I do have eating issues, obviously it is something I will always be challenged by.

I love sweets. But for some reason it's easy to give up. The key for me, never have again :) If I do I would go overboard....
