Hi my name is Jan, i am starting the diet plan in the morning. I really need to loose weight as i have quite serious arthritus and being over weight, around 3 stone, is not helping. I have found loads of useful info on the forum and have answered any questions i had. I would like to lose around a stone during the week so fingers crossed. I have started yoga again and already walk my dog most days. I am looking forward to the new me, hopefully. :p

Hopefully so :)

I hope this diet can help start you in the right direction - I can tell you when I changed my food lifestyle, my joint pains and issues 99% gone. And it just keeps getting better.
