I weigh 110kg
I am hypothyroid taking pills and reports are normal now
I barely need to reduce
I exercise half hr per day
I do mild houseworks
Pls help me
Im starting gm diet today
Morning had watermelon for breakfast

careful if you have thyroid issues and understand more then what you need to do to heal it and what not to eat then since your weight is OK.

Successfully finished day1
Had melons papaya apple chickoo and a bowl of wondersoup
experienced tiredness and mild headache during late evening
Wighed today morning
Omg
To my surprise im niw 108.5kg
Cant beleive
I was in an oscillation to continue r not
But after seeing my weight reducing..so happy to continue
Thanq again

Day 2 went on vegetables and wonder soup..wth a bit struggle to eat vegetables the whole day ..wth a craving for sweet..maintaining the same weight..but feeling very light..hope to cross day 3 ..

Day 3 went on with fruits apple orange cucumber and vegetables..carot juices controlled my sweet craving
Experienced hunger more during night..so had boiled corn
Today morning my weight is 107.5 kg...so happy !!!!!!!!!!!
Reduced 2.5 kg in 3 days...

carrot juice is a great way to gain weight long term you are just drinking loads of fructose. Sorry. not to mention corn not good.

However your loss is OK - keep rolling...

Today is my 5th day morning my weight showed 106.5kg..but aft half hr only 107 kg..anyway reduced 3 kg in 4 days
morning had soya chunks wth tomato and spices...lunch tomato soup..dinner again soya chunks and tomatoes..is this ok for day 5..wth more water

No soya if possible terrible food. no tomato soup, not the same as raw tomato nutritionally or lightly cooked tomato. Nice loss :)

so today day 6 you will only eat veg soup? are you sure you have read our plan here?
