Hi Good morning,

I'm starting today.... hope it will go fine & give me the jump start for maintaining a healthy meal plan and losing weight.
I have 2 question, first how do I make the magic soup and can I eat it on all days and second on day 4 instead of milk what can I eat or drink, since I don't like milk @ all.

Hello :)

eat the soup anytime you need extra food on any day.

The mil, try almond milk, lite coconut milk or yogurt
