Hi, I started today, so far so good. Was wondering if I really can eat as much of that soup as I want. I've had about 3 small bowls today along with 2 apples and a satsuma. It's cold here in England and so fruit is not so appetising but the soup is lovely and warming and feels so healthy to eat. If I eat a lot of the soup will it affect how much weight I lose?
