Hi guys, after weeks if deciding, I eventually start tomorrow. I made sure that I have no events during the seven days that could distract me. I'll be posting everyday to keep myself on track, motivational comments hugely appreciated. :)
I have my fruits chopped up in a tupper ware box ready to go: apples, Sharon fruits, grapes and pomegranate. I'm not a huge lover of fruit, but also not a huge lover of my body:
Height: 1.60 m (5 foot 2)
Weight: 61kg
Hope to shift 6 pounds during this week. Big issue us going to be the water drinking, keep forgetting it :(

hang in there, remember green tea is ok no sweetener unless it's stevia.

Good morning. Day One. Started off with water even before getting up. Getting kids ready and then going to work. Had prepared fruit salad yesterday, so will have done of it for breki. Post later again. X

Not feeling hungry, but do fancy non-fruit foods. Anyway, it's only for one day, so it's ok. Tucking into fruits, and drinking water and green tea. So far so good.

Felt peckish and had some salad leaves, tomatoes and brokkoli. Stomach feels a bit funny, so having a peppermint tea. All good. This is going quite fine. Tomorrow I'll be having fruit for breki, and a veggie soup for lunch, and at home I'll be having two or three apples as I work late. I call it terrible Thursday. :)

Sometimes raw veg can upset your stomach, especially if you have digestion issues, so cook the veg if you need to, it can help!

Hi Kevin, went ok today, total weight loss 3 pounds, and I feel fine. Looking forward to day three. It's funny, my first name is Nevin, and I always tell people it's like Kevin only with an N instead if the K.
All good here.

Thank God it's Friday, I'm wrecked and need d weekend to rest a bit. Will weigh myself later and post in d evening. :)

FYI, based on your post, you can only weigh in the morning, once you wake, after going to the bathroom before you eat or drink a single thing. That;s your true weight FYI. Think about it, all the food you eat, you drink, etc you cannot weigh throughout the day.
