no curd, day 1 is fruit and raw foods to me could be tough on you, you may need to cook your foods and follow what your doc says to as far as food prep.
Starting GM Diet from Today
Hi Kevin
Finally i have decided to start GM Diet From Today . But have one small concerns . I am patient of serious Constipation and Gastic issues whether shoudl follow some instruction /precauations during all 7 days as i am concerned whether during this diet can i survive or not
Can we have curd and soup ( Tomato ) in first day .
