Day 3 was great im feeling light and healthy but unfortunately no weight loss till now.. infact i weighed myself this morning and it showed 71 kgs (up 1kg) though I'm following everything as per plan
had a few red grapes today hope it wont hurt..
for day 4 i want to replace milk with homemade yogurt, is it ok?
