Today was Day 2.. felt much more energetic and light, no headaches.. Had plenty of water 11 glasses, green tea and lemon tea..
Although I made some changes which i'm not sure were right !!!
-added some white radish with my lunch
-i added 2-3 small mushrooms to my wonder soup ..
-i had orange instead of tomatoes for evening snack by mistake
-wanted to ask it is okay to swap asparagus (couldn't find any good quality) with capsicum or tomatoes or spinach?
- is it okay to replace cantaloupe (don't like it)with water melon for day 3?
hope this wont kill my diet right away

haven't weighed myself yet.. will do tomorrow..
