I lost 1 lb since yesterday, for a total loss of 7.5 lbs. I've found it really important to eat when I feel hungry on this diet or I get a little cranky and tired. Just a cup of soup helps a lot. Today I started with some leftover roast beef from yesterday, a cup of veggie soup and some tomato/cucumber. My plan is stir fry with the leftover steak from yesterday, broccoli, onion and maybe another veggie. I'll probably do another beef/veggie stir fry for dinner. I also plan on 5 16.9oz. bottles of water

Good news, yes that's the point of the soup. keep on going :)
