Hello Guys!
i have done GM diet previous week, and lost 2.5 kg. but in that week i have not done any exercise instead of walking in 2 or 3 days only.
I have started today this diet again after having the span of 4 days between, but this time i have decided to do exercise with it, as 40 minutes on treadmill, and 45 minutes cardio exercise, before breakfast.
so this is my 1st day. so wish me luck. :)
