hi, i have finished the first two days of the diet plan..
here's what i had on day 1:-
breakfast one apple and 2 glasses of water
mid day snack papaya and half glass of fruit juice (fresh)
lunch: one bowl of melon 2 glasses of water
afternoon snack 2 oranges and 2 glasses of water
a cup of green tea no sugar
glass of coconut water
dinner papaya and apple with 2 glasses of water
before bed one glass of water

day 2:-
breakfast bowl of boiled potatoes wit a bit of olive oil salt and pepper with two glasses of water
morning snack bowl of cabbage one glass of water
two glasses of water
lunch bowl of cucumber tomato and cabbage one glasses of water
afternoon snack 2 tomatoes with salt one glass of water
two cups of green tea without sugar
dinner boiled cauliflower and broccoli with herbs and salt one glass of water
before bed one glass of water

hope i ate the right stuff

wanted to add i have been doing half hour of brisk walking also... so please let me know if i am doing this right

Your plan looks great!!! Nice so far, Walking is fine as well...

thank you!!!!!!!! for day 3 can i have as much as fruit i want ....... veggies i will hav for my lunch and dinner but in between meals can i hav fruits....... today was a tough day... got terrible hunger pangs but got thru the day never the less without cheating:)

Day 3 fruit should be about 3 or so servings only. The wonder soup can help with hunger issues :)

I hav finished day 2..It's 6.30 am and I got up feeling terribly hungry and weak and was getting palpitations, so I had one orange... Hav I ruined my diet
