Hi,

Started GM diet today.

8:30 water and one apple
10:15 water and papaya
12:00 half small apple and water
1:30 watermelon
3:30 will have mango
5:30 will have lime water
8:00 will have oranges

Total water intake in day around 2litre. Only thing i am concerned about is eating mango, will thatbe fine?

Sounds OK, you only had 1. never over drink water also, 8 to 1 glasses seems good enough.

Soy could not be worse for you, talk about messing up your hormones and causing weight issues. If you like go for it, I recommend studying the negative health effects of it. It's so processed and unreal, it's a machined food.

Okay, thank you for the information. I asked this for my fiancé who is on vegetarian diet these days. Any other good substitute for beef?

quinoa, legumes, eggs if he will have those is best :)
