I was down exactly 6 lbs this morning! Yay. Have followed the plan exactly. It was a little tough the first 2 days but have slept more which helped. I felt a lot more energized by mid morning yesterday and felt great when I woke up today. This morning I had a banana shake substituting unsweetened almond milk. I added a dash of cinnamon. I hope the weight loss keeps up.

WOW, nice...

It's always tough coming off of processed foods and sugar. Keep going :)

Thanks Kevin! I've been off gluten and sugar for 4 years, well minus the occasional treat but drinking wine and going out to dinner are real killers. Finished day 4 and really looking forward to beef tomorrow. Hoping for at least another pound in the morning. Fingers crossed.
