First of all thank you so much for this wonderful plan which will help us to keep ourselves healthy and fit.
I am following vegetarian diet plan.
my question is can I add sprouts/pulses in my diet plan? if yes, then which are those & how many times in all 7 days?
after 7th day what are the precautions need to be followed to maintain the result?
