just finished day 1.Please tell me if I'm doing the soup correctly.I followed the recipe.....onion,tomatoes,water,celery, cabbage,green peppers.I added garlic powder and dried chilli flakes and a squeeze or tomatoes puree. Is that ok. It was delicious so I'm hoping I won't need to do day 1 all over again.
If it's ok then I think it's a very doable diet.thank you

looks great, however no tomato puree, that soup should have minimal to no carbs really. however keep it as is you should be fine.
