I'm trying to plan for the rest of the week. 1st day doing this and I'm actually not feeling hungry, though eating this fruit is giving me hiccups. ha-ha, not sure why.
For the soup, I HATE green peppers (or red, or orange, or any color). I realize I can add other fresh items, with the exception of green beans. In doing so, I'm thinking of broccoli, carrots, etc. Maybe butternut squash? Is it possible, after the soup has cooked, to blend it down into a more "less chunky" soup? Has anyone done this?
