Could I get advice please. Just started day 1.I have loads of fruit ready.berries,kiwi,pineapple,mandarins,grapes. What about peaches, nectarines and pears? Is it just fruit for today or could I make the power soup?

all those fruits fine. sure the wonder soup as we have it is fine any day
