Just wanted to hear some feedback from people who did this diet, took a week or more break, then did it again. What was your second week loss compared to the first week?
From what I gathered from reading posts in the forum, I can estimate losing about 50% of the weight that I lost in the first week. That is due to some water weight loss too.
So if I lost 8 pounds, on the first week, then ate less and only healthy food for a week, then I can expect to lose 4 the second week, if I do the same things.
Does that seem resasonable?
