up to you, I would say keep rolling. But when it comes to wheat, it's a diet killer and a weight gainer. So I would start over in a day.

Yup...sure... I am confident that with you help I will be able to loose atleast 4 kgs... I am starting from tomorrow & going to enjoy all kind of food today...:)
Moreover, last time I ate less so it became a kind of fasting...will try & follow food menu strictly this time...

Hi Kevin,

I have few more doubts...
1. Can I have normal tea with very less sugar, ginger and no milk because I do not like green tea???
2. I love coconut water, is it harmful as it also contains sugar and little cream as well???
3. Can I have omelette from 5th day onward???
4. I am working lady, will this plan work effectively if I do not go for exercise???

1) NO SUGAR, unless you want to gain weight. Green tea only, spices and a little stevia is OK.
2) Very harmful. Cream is OK if it;s coconut cream, but not on this plan, only after. Sounds like a bad brand if they dump sugar in it.
3) Omelette is great
4) sure, we do not recommend intense exercise anyway, just some brisk walking, etc if you can.

Keep in mind foods with preservatives, sugar, etc are so bad for you. Think pure, whole, natural foods. GOOD LUCK :)
