Hi Kevin,

Can you please provide me with a sample diet plan for days 5, 6 and 7. The sample diet plan for the days 1, 2 and 3 helped a lot and i could not find the sample diet plan for the days 5, 6 and 7.

I would be obliged if you could help me in this regard.

If you don't eat beef, replace it with chicken, pork, eggs, legumes with good fat, paneer, or rice with good fat. And there you have it....
