Hi, I am on Day 5 & it was on track so far. But unfortunately i had one samosa this evening by mistake. Would that cause an issue? I am worried. Please suggest me how to go about it. Do i need to start over or if it is fine to continue with Day 6 & 7 ?

Samosa unfortunately is junk food, especially the wheat, making it a great way to gain weight. However hopefully all will be ok so keep rolling.
