Hi Kevin,

I've read that we can only have 2 cups of rice this day, but It says to have a bowl of rice for breakfast lunch and dinner.... 2 cups between the 3 meals is not very much... Or does it mean 2 cups uncooked which makes 4 cups??

Reason why is because i had 1 cup for breakfast and it wasn't enough food.. :(

2 uncooked. and you have some play here, just don;t assume it means a massive bowl :) also, load it with some more veg so it has more bulk. if you are replacing meat it should have some fat was well.

Thanks for that, I actually had less but now i know for next time!

I unfortunately didn't have time this morning to weigh myself, but managed to measure my waist and ive lost 2 inches, so thats great news!! My aim is to drop another 3 and ill stop... So looking forward to 14 days so i can do the diet again..:)

Yes i'm happy! :)

Oh i weighed myself this morning and i've lost 3 kilos ( not as much as i wanted) so now I'm down to 52 kilos...

As i said previously i had all the correct foods and servings of foods & water.... But what could be some reasons as to why i didn't lose the 5-10 kilos this time?
