All set to hit day 3, please help
Day 1 :
Breakfast and Lunch : Apple + Melon ; Dinner : Melon
Whole day lots of water as well.

Day 2 : Morning 2 boiled potato with 1/2 small size of onion, fried in 1/2 small teaspoon of oil. No salt but with pepper.
Lunch : Cucumber
Dinner : Cucumber + Cabbage
Water amount was not as much as day 1
I am scared to take salt. I am a vegiterian, and hate most of the green vegetables including cabbage. So on day 2 food intake was less.
Do you think I am off the track or it is still going to help me. Can I prepare vegetables with spices /salt but I can leave without it as well.

Day 2 a little more fat better with the potato.
Your body must have salt. Why are you scared of it? Buy a quality Himalayan salt if you can.
Pure dried herbs and spices are great, Have cooked peppers and onions if you need more veg as well. May help since your food up or garlic.

Sorry for my bad English. Did you mean to say I consumed more fat on day 2?

About Salt - I thought sodium (salt) intake is not allowed. Can I have lemon+water as well all days until day 7 ?

Sorry, meaning you could have had more.
Your body needs salt. Lemon water is great
Not bad, a little skimpy on the veg but OK

Thanks again .
This was my plan
Day 3 Plan
Morning : Apple
Lunch : Cucumber with some salt+pepper
Dinner : Mango/Orange (can't eat broccoli, papaya etc)
Can I have apple as well for lunch along with Cucumber ?
Also can I add to my dinner , boiled Cauliflower with added Indian spices like - Coriander powder + pepper

I am not sure is it been posted as new question as I edited the question

yes on adding the veg to dinner you need more veg. some apple is OK as well :)
