Never over do protein, it turns to sugar in the body the extra does. So stay under 4.5 ounces and pick what pieces you like. Dark meat is far more nutritious than the breast meat for example. You do not need over 8 ounces at each meal, you basically are eating sugar once you go over a certain amount of protein.
