Hi Kevin,

I dont eat beef. Can I replace beef with chicken. If yes can you give me the plan for that day?

Can we have almonds and walnuts any time?

Chicken is great.
No dried fruits or nuts.

The plan is the same, just replace chicken, about 3.5 to 4.5 oz per meal. more is fine, just eat per how hungry you are.

Not nutritionally near as good as beef though. Not even close :)

However I grew up on ground beef, so for me also it's totally a preference. Here in the US, everyone eats chicken breast, even from pastured well grazed chickens the muscle meat has few nutrients.

Chicken is usually 1kg in weight. Approx. 35.2 Oz and generally cut into 8 Pieces. Now, you say 4.5 oz that means almost 1/8th of a chicken. That means only a leg piece or a wing? Well, the appetite demands atleast 1/4th of a chicken at a meal.
That is at least a couple of pieces.

Never over do protein, it turns to sugar in the body the extra does. So stay under 4.5 ounces and pick what pieces you like. Dark meat is far more nutritious than the breast meat for example. You do not need over 8 ounces at each meal, you basically are eating sugar once you go over a certain amount of protein.
