Hi Kevin,

As i told you earlier I reduced 5 kg following GM Diet. My question is can i replace 2 wheat chapattis with a small bowl of white rice at dinner? As you are saying wheat consumption is a major factor for gaining weight. Please also note that i also have a small bowl of rice at lunch too. Should i consume it again at dinner? Secondly can i have simple black tea (without sugar and milk) instead of green tea? Please reply.

NO, not unless you want to gain weight. Wheat is not the same as rice at all. Black tea is OK. I suggest doing some research on wheat, Google "Wheat Belly". what does the entire day look like for you food wise?

Thnx Kevin,

Actually my day starts with the following;

1. A cup of black tea with two biscuits
2. Breakfast- A small bowl of cornflakes or oats with skimmed milk.
3. Lunch- A small bowl of white rice with little vegetables and a fish or chicken.
4. At around 4 to 4.30 i have a fruit
5. At evening - A cup of tea
6. Dinner- Two chapattis with veg or fish.

Please reply if any changes required.

Well, I mean the whole diet, your diet is a great way to gain weight to me. Tons of dead foods, empty carbs (wheat) Your meals need balance. Look at the top 2 posts in the after 7 day section here and let me know what you think and we can work from those.
