I m indian and vegeterian but egg eater.....need ur help boss.....unable to decide what to have in breakfast, lunch and dinner....could u pls help me and suggest me.....

hey hey
have an omelette twice that day and legumes for one meal. legumes need good fat. 3 eggs for each meal. so add some onion, spices, peppers, and of course tomato to each dish.
