I am a vegetarian and plan to eat paneer or tofu or lentils on day 5 . I have questions about how these can be cooked. Can I use oil for cooking? Can I add onions? Garlic? Any green vegetabless?
How many tomatoes are required to be eaten? can they be cooked?

no tofu please. yes if it is good fat like coconut oil, ghee butter or olive oil. onions great, peppers great. Greens go for it. cook them as you need 5 for the day or 6 if needed.
